Greek Salad​

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup green olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • In a large salad bowl, combine the tomato wedges, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
  2. Add the Olives and Feta:
    • Scatter the Kalamata olives and green olives over the vegetables. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
